Review of Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) by Zanele J — 30 Dec 2012
[This movie review I memorised while in High School, I might have come from People Magazine, im not sure].
In 1984 writer/director James Cameron and a start, Arnold Schwarzenegger created the movie, The Terminator, a modern science fiction classic, a chilling story of a cyborg, a human looking machine from sent back in time to kill Sarah Connor before she could give birth to a son who was destined to lead the human resistance against the machine.
In the terminator, the cyborg failed, and now in the sequel , Terminator 2: Judgement day, a more deadly cyborg is sent to strike Sarah's son whilst still a child. Sarah Connor does not have to face this terror alone, the human resistance has sent another terminator programmed to be just as implacable in its defence of the boy as the cyborg's foe in its mission to destroy man's last hope for survival.
The movie plays a grim future in which 3 billion human live will end on a nuclear war on 29 August 1997, a day which survivors will call judgement day.
All hell break loose in an extravaganza with special effects, making a spectacular movie which has broken all box office records.
