Anyone who went to see this movie that is not a hardcore Tenacious D fan was obviously misinformed about this movie and should have not gone to see it. The people that went to see this movie should have known all the songs from the Pick of Destiny album by heart and have seen all the Tenacious D HBO shows.
This movie to me was awesome! It was more of a musical punch with splashes of comedy because, like I said, if your not a Tenacious D fan, you will most likely bomb this movie in the reviews. I saw it in the theatre 3 times when it first came out and have seen it on dvd many more times.
Non Tenacious D fans, please stay out of these reviews you are making the movie look bad. You should have done your research before going to watch.
