Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny is a struggling movie based off one idea. Their song Tribute, which helped push the band to the front-light, seems to be the core concept of this movie, and the script written around it is riddled with dialogue far from comedy or wit.
With a lot of silliness and a bland story-line, it is difficult to find justification to the why of this movie.
