A surprisingly good film with a clever script and a sweet story. The several B stories weave nicely throughout. A pleasant diversion with beautiful Santa Cruz scenery and a strong and experienced ensemble.
Casting nailed this one. Jensen Ackles did a great job and is hilarious. Danneel Harris (now Danneel Ackles) is gorgeous and a very good actress as well. A satisfying and more-complex romantic comedy you should definitely make an effort to catch--without the kids--it is nicely spicy.
Phenomenal soundtrack. One of my favorite films.
