Review of Temple Grandin (2010) by Budi G — 12 Jan 2011
A recent, overlooked HBO-made film is a TRIUMPH. Claire Danes performance here is phenomenal. She lifts this good if conventional biopic into an extraordinary film. From humble (and awkward) beginning, the movie transported us into Temple's unusual world, somewhere on the journey I began to root for this unusual/weird heroine.
Take that, Black Swan and Social Network!!
