Claire Danes' is the performance to beat in this year's Emmy for lead actress in a TV-movie. She did even better than her husband, Hugh Dancy who played another character with autism in "Adam.
" More than capturing Temple's mannerisms, she also led us into her richer inner life. Mick Jackson also made a distinctive biographical film: it made us see the world the way Temple sees it. Julia Ormond was also memorable as her tenacious mom, Eustacia who deserves a film of her own.
