Claire Danes' flawless, Emmy-award-winning performance is the centerpiece of this well-crafted story, which is sure to touch the hearts of anyone who has loved or cared for an autistic person. Danes' portrayal of the disorder, and the humanity behind it, is honest and nuanced.
Supporting performances by Julia Ormond and David Strathairn are also excellent.
