I'm sometimes disappointed when movies based on real life stories are given the "Hallmark" treatment but this was not the case with Temple Grandin. Claire Danes is outstanding in portraying this autistic genius who visualised more humane and efficent systems to benefit the cattle industry.
I've no doubt that Temple Grandin will give hope to many families who face the challenges autism poses, but as well as that it's just a really good movie..
