IFC keeps showing this and it is hilarious! Watch "the evil weed" make a dude frame another dude for murder and then demand some weird chick play the piano music faster and faster! So over the top that it's a classic - only 'Duck and Cover' comes close in the category of freaky government films.
This one was a staple in the mid 80's on USA Up All Night.
