Tacky, check! Propaganda, Check! Conservatives vs. Anarchy Youth, Check! It's obvious that it isn't a documentary about Coral Reefs; it's a cult film that became a zany late night Slapstick comedy for straights and stoners.
Heavy film, especially when it makes ya have tears of laughter.
