Think the MORTAL KOMBAT feature crossed with DOUBLE DRAGON, only without the chemistry of Mark Dacascos and Scott Wolf as the Lee brothers (Ug and Home - that joke never gets old). The fighting isn't entirely bad, but it had none of the panache of other tournament pictures, like ENTER THE DRAGON.
It's all quick cuts with no real sense of the movements of the martial arts.
