Review of Tekken (2010) by Lewis C — 26 Sep 2011
I heard nothing bud bad critiques about this movie but going into the movie with little-to-no hope for it being a worth-while endeavor kept me on my toes. The movie was wonderful. With the exception of depicting the Bruce Lee character, Martial Law as a villain, the movie had a very good flow to the story.
I enjoyed two cast members, both Mishima family members, previously being linked to Mortal Kombat (Ian Dale as Scorpion in Rebirth and Cary Tagawa as Shang Tsung in the '96 MK movie). I would have liked to see Heihachi kick someone's ass but maybe there will be a sequel.
