Excellent genre movie with a satirical bent. An inversion of horror conventions (but also quite faithful to them), Teeth is also tonally unique, with its rare blasts of graphic genital mutilation coexisting alongside straight-faced attacks on Christian sexual morality and also the predatory nature of its male characters.

Whoever noted that it has the same spirit as Heathers is spot on. But it's also of a kind with violent horror flicks like Scream and Dawn of the Dead.
