Review of Teeth (2000) by Allen R — 13 Nov 2013
In my opinion, it presents a strong case against the critical consensus, If you've seen Clerks II then you already know the film's central gag and most of its story. I didn't like any of the characters, they were too shallowly written to be credible.
The central character is an obnoxious prude, her brother is an over-the-top depiction of what some Christians think non-Christians are like, and she must have the worst luck in the world when it comes to men because none of them are decent.
As a result, I was bored for most of it, it is neither as funny nor as shocking as it claims to be.
