TNMT:OOTS is a funny and great follow-up to the first movie. The introduction of classic TMNT villains: Bebop and Rock Steady are the best part of the movie. for being true to the classic 80's kids cartoon! You love the two classic characters for their crazy antics.
Story goes bit ordinary. However, a great PG movie that you can take your kids along and you to relives the glory days of the cheezy 80's style comedy.
