Supremely Stupid and knows it, and unlike many other films, it doesn't use its stupidity as a crutch, but rather a launchpad. This movie is FUN, but once again, incredibly stupid. The story, writing, as well as the characters and set pieces, are simple, wacky, outlandish, and unfortunately idiotic at times, but with a name like "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" what else would you really expect? 5.
