It's silly, childish, has some plot holes, very predictable and the script is meh. That being said the visuals are nice on the turtles and the CGI effects could have gone worse in my opinion. It got one or two giggles out of me.
If you love TMNT you probably watched it already, but if you are looking for a major blockbuster don't get your hopes up. It's not great but it's not terrible.
