Okay so here is the deal...this movie is a vast improvement over the first MB TMNT. Anyone can see that from the trailer alone. Overall the film gets a 7/10 simply because it has a huge amount of fan service but still struggles to find its stride in terms of story telling.
They finally got Shredder's outfit and the Foot Clan correct and Bebop and RockSteady are fantastic. But ultimately the almost forced inclusion of April O'Neil and Casey Jones ultimately hurts the already weak narrative.
Its a movie that is simply good for having fun with your buddies and while sitting there watching there was such a campy 80s/90s motif that it kept me interested enough through the large plot holes.
