This film knows exactly what it is, cheesy ridiculous fun and I appreciated that. I was not a big fan of the first one, but I am a fan of the TMNT cartoon so much of this spoke to the kid in me. No question there are many problems here, but the silly tone and the fact that this film seemed to just get the Turtles kept me satisfied.
