Review of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016) by Fusion_13 — 17 Jul 2016

I have to admit, I was actually slightly entertained by this movie. Firstly story wise it was one-layered and generic, I had no attachment to it whatsoever. Action was ok, some cool scenes overall. The jokes were occasionally good but most of the time cringe worthy.

The new characters were quite enjoyable, specifically Stephen Amell as Casey Jones. Everything else was ‘meh’, I wouldn’t watch it a second time any time soon. Overall slightly better than the first one but that’s not saying much.
