Tyler Perry was the best part of this movie, and that sentence is often the kiss of death. It's deplorable how lazy this film is. There's an overload of fan service, and if you're not a TMNT fanboy then you'll be either lost at or annoyed by all the new characters.
Things happen just to forward the plot (thank god the good guys get handed a GPS with the location of the person they were looking for!) or get mentioned once and never again (the Turtles wanna be human? Oh wait, now they don't? Lol ok).
Look, it's awful, I was squirming in my seat most of the runtime.
