Probably the best Turtles film made so far. A lot of fun to watch, energetic, and visual flair to the action sequences thanks to the new director Dave Green. Its a love letter to the 80's Turtles show and we get proper character development for the Turtles that was always lacking in the other films.
Only negatives I could say are Casey Jones being in the film purely for fan service and the film felt a bit packed, a lot of events occur in its under 2 hour run time. But nevertheless a very enjoyable, cheesy bad sort of film if you are able to watch it with the right mindset.
Its a movie that I can say is definitely made for people who love the Ninja Turtles and is made with love.
