Here me out: I HATED the first one. Casey Jones sucked major ass, and Megan Fox and Tyler Perry have still not grasped the concept of acting, and while it wasn't GREAT, it wasn't THAT bad. It was nice to see Krang and the Technodrone, Bebop and Rocksteady (who hopefully get new voice actors, much like Leonardo in this one, for the next one).
Would I suggest it? Probably not, but is it enjoyable if you are to watch it, why not.
