I enjoyed that story-wise they tried something different, but the jokes in this one weren't as memorable. It's like they substituted fun action for style... it isn't entirely a bad thing, but for a Turtles movie, it's not so great.
It wasn't that memorable. It was good to see Casey Jones back in this one though.
