Wow. They really messed this up, didn't they? The moviemakers had so much to work with and such a wide fan base to draw from, and yet they decided to go for something new. "New" in this context meaning bland, cliched and all-around uninteresting.
This movie pretty much spelled the end for the Turtles wave in the 90s, and rightly so.
