Man this movie was super bad. First off, the movements of the turtles facial expressions were terrible! Jim Henson's puppet makers were not part of this movie and it definitely shows.
The stirrings could have been decent. The turtles are transported back in time to help save a village in trouble and bring back April. Too bad there's a ton of side stories like a double Casey Jones who flops sides for no freaking reason.
The action is corny, the dialogue is shitty, and the acting is terrible. This is truly the worst of the ninja turtle live action films. Skip this and watch something else.
