What is it with franchises that No 3 always turns out to be a turd? Terminator 3, Jurassic Park 3, The Mummy 3, Alien 3, Robocop 3... The list is endless.
TMNT III is such a poor effort after what I thought was an excellent sequel in TMNT II.
The biggest problem here is the replacement of Jim Hensons Company that supplied the Turtles costumes in the first two movies. The costumes in this one are so fake looking and don't even get me started on the non walking Splinter.
The story is weak as is the non existent action. All in all a MAJOR disappointment. 2/5.
