A mess of a story, and the characters get rather tiring and obnoxious, but it still retains most of the fun and appeal from the previous films. The effects are certainly more apparent, and the jokes fall flat, but the added culture is a decent touch.
Not the easiest to sit through, but it certainly could have been worse.
