Review of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993) by Tim C — 20 Feb 2009
It's much brighter than the other two movies, the puppetry is pretty awful, and some editing was questionably done. That said, it's not unenjoyable. The fight sequences are choreographed in a much more realistic manner than the other two movies, and historically speaking this movie isn't that far removed from actual Japanese feudal history (walking turtles aside).
