Way to kill a good franchise. So bad, another Turtles movie wouldn't be made for another 14 years.
This film marks the re-appearance of Casey Jones (whose absence from the second installment goes completely unexplained) and the debut of the new non-Henson-Workshop Turtles costumes, which are less believable and strangely spotted.
