Secret of the Ooze was a decent sequal. It holds the classic turtles attitude still with a new twist on Shredar becoming "Super", while giving a great background on how the turtles became as well.
Negatives: Casey Jones was no where to be found and they introduced a new character (the pizza boy) in which virtually dissapeared forever after this one.
Not five star caliber but still Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
