Decent follow up to the first never feels quite as good. It also makes the fatal mistake of talking down to kids, making it less enjoyable for the parents in the audience, or people like me. Has its moments with some good fight scenes and Super Shredder.
Vanilla Ice is there for no apparent reason at the end.
