My favortire of the 4 movies (if you count TMNT) The story is good, the villians are good and again, this film didn't rely on CGI to bring these cartoons to life. It has just as many zings and cheesey lines as the first, but it's good enough to entertain kids and adults alike.
More of an action comedey than a comedy, dispite the traditionally non-leathal action.
