"Go Ninja, Go Ninja, Go!" Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze is an incredibly silly and stupid film. Aiming to be more kid friendly, the series loses its dark undertones and mutes most of the violence.
Additionally, most of the roles have been recast with lesser actors. Some of the goofiness is fun, but it's overdone and is too cartoonish. Dumbed down and commercialized, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze is unwatchable garbage.
