Review of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) by Toshione — 08 Aug 2014

Its not the movie we all wanted but things could have been a lot worse. The fight scenes with Splinter, the turtles, and Shredder are done really well and the turtles themselves look really cool. The biggest problem with the movie is the foot clan.

They just aren't presented very well and their overall goal isn't anything that we haven't already seen in a dozen of other films. Also, I didn't like the way that they explained how Splinter and the turtles learned their skills.

Its obvious they were catering to the fans of Nickelodeon's cartoon and not to those of us that prefer the comics. Hopefully a great Ninja Turtle movie will come out one day, but for now this isn't the worst thing ever.
