Okay, so it's not the best written or acted movie ever. But what girl hasn't dreamt of magic spells that make her popular and get her the hot guy? I loooove the Top That scene. I just wonder why her brother's voice is so darn high.
Plus, I don't think Sabrina the Teen Witch would have been made without this movie, so, thank you Louise.
