A high School girl learns she has supernatural powers at her 16 birthday. The movie's plot creeps along really with nothing happening, then she finally uses her powers toward the end of the movie. Its like the movie was setting up the climax 90% of the movie.
Cheeesy Cheesy rap songs and just a poorly written movie.
