Review of Teen Titans Go! To the Movies (2018) by Alphonze — 26 Jul 2018

Took my kids and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It's surprisingly crass and dark at times, not really shying away from killing and death. In one scene Robin actually pushes Batman's parents into the alleyway to be shot and killed, like wow.

Also makes multiple references to the Marvel universe and how popular it is. It was very self aware about the fact that the Teen Titans are arguably not popular enough to deserve a movie.
