Review of Ted (2012) by Alexander M — 30 May 2014
Really funny, great, and a impressive directorial debut for Seth MacFarlane, the creator of Family Guy. Ted for me really surprised because I thought it was going to be a raunchy comedy flick, but no it's something more than that.
The film is not just about comedy it also has a great story to it. Throughout the film you actually feel the relationship between the characters John and Ted. You feel as if is an actual person not a stuffed teddy bear.
The cast does a great job in this film. They all offer something different and great. Giovanni Ribsi offered a really creepy character that worked well in this film. This is one of the year's best comedies.
The jokes were really great and MacFarlane has made a great debut film. The actors were great and the script was surprisingly well written. This film is fun, entertaining, and really funny at the same time.
If you love Seth MacFarlane's crude humor, you're sure to enjoy this film. A great cast,good script,and funny jokes, Ted is a must see comedy this year.
