The story of ted is a recycled formula of bromance to romance however it still works and the satire approach to a walking talking teddy bear makes it almost fresh. Mila Kunis and Mark Wahlberg work well together (unlike in Max Payne, who knew).
Ted is fantastically animated and the jokes are punchy and flow to the end. I found some of the references to other films and television funny (especially family guy) however others where over the top and terribly exacerbated (Yes you Flash Gordon).
The threat and final scenes also felt a little forced but funny nonetheless. I must say also Ted was better after a second viewing. Relax and enjoy, warning the humour may not appeal to everyone.
