I live in the sweet spot for this movie's pop culture references and therefore had a great time watching Ted 2.
For general audiences (not obsessed with 80s-90s movie, television and music) I imagine TED2 will seem completely stupid and lacking any real entertainment value.
I found it goofy, irreverent, disrespectful and disgusting. My face hurt from smiling when it was over.
