Granted, this movie is not going to live up to the first ted movie. That's just sequelitis and it happens to everybody. However, this movie is still pretty funny. The cameos were just excellent and the gross out comedy worked for the most part.
That being said, there were a couple scenes reminiscent to family guy and some movie references that did worked although some did. Overall, a decent sequel that was fairly too long but had enough gags in it to keep it in rhythm.
