I really have come to expect if not great, but at least funny things from Seth MacFarlane. Unfortunately, his sequel does not hit the mark. It relies to heavily on scatological humor, without a cohesive plot.
Harold and Kumar worked because it had a loose, but very funny plot. Ted 2 tries too hard to be heart-felt, but just ends up becoming gross and irrelevant.
