Review of Tears of the Sun (2003) by Lourdh R — 18 May 2010
Very dark film that had it's moments. But there were some other scenes which were out right cheesy. Also, some of the sound effects were on par with what we used to do with a boss sampler out of my bed room.
.. Bruce Willis was not convincing (Michael Biehn would have been a better choice) and Monica Bellucci was very annoying at times as well. Overall, this is an average war film that tries to bring home a message.
.. And only partially succeeds.
