Review of Team America: World Police (2004) by Fez C — 26 Sep 2011

Nothing less can be expected from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of the television show South Park. Their 2004 work, Team America: World Police, serves to provide viewers with over an hour of pure puppet based satire. On par with their television show, the movie offers social commentary in the most blunt and potentially offensive way possible. Those that are offended easily will find little to no appeal with the movie, but others who enjoy comedic silliness and ridiculous humor won't be able to stop laughing scene after scene.

Apart from a few good laughs and an awesome theme song, the movie has little going for it to make it worth watching for those who fall outside the South Park audience.
