Pretty good. It looks crass and OTT in the beginning, but evolves into a surprisingly interesting story. The puppets are at least as expressive as the standard actors would have been in a live-action of this genre, and it's the classic goofiness that you'd expect.
1 star for the agalmatophilia-inspiring sex scene.
1 star for Kim Jong Il's performance of 'I'm So Ronery'.
1 star for the dicks, pussies and assholes debate.
The movies worth it for just these 3 alone; the rest is just icing on the cake.
