This movie is a parody of the action movie genre and of the American perspectives (both right-wing and left-wing) on international politics by the creators of South Park. There is as much 1st-degree humor (e.

g., vulgarity) as 2nd-degree humor (e. g., irony), the directing and picture quality are outstanding, and the use of puppets results in a few funny moments which are entirely intentional.
