Very charming film, although not sure how much artistic license is here. How a bunch of such stalward British ladies in Florence during WW2 never got shot by the fascists beggars belief! Top cast with Joan Plowright, Dame Judy, Maggie Smith and Cher all with OTT characters, but nicely understated part for Lily Tomlin.
