Is it shocking that torture is a method of war that is used also in the western world? I guess it is. Is it shocking that it's the actual torturers that pay the price when caught? Not really. I had heard that this film was supposed to be the most important documentary of the year.
Obviously I was disappointed in such a shallow despcription. No shock value and nothing "new". Poorly executed .
