Review of Taxi to the Dark Side (2008) by Luqman S — 22 Nov 2009

I'm always hesitant to give a doc like this 5 stars bc part of me doesn't want to believe the filmmaker has done a completely objective/accurate portrayal of the events. how can something so horrible happen at this large a scale, not only allowed by our leaders but that which still continues and is defended by many people to this day? an intriguing and compelling example of how groupthink and the power of fear can allow us to completely discard the very ideals and morals we claim to be in defense of, and the dangerous effects our tactics in the war on terror might have.
